Our Executive Meeting Planners will customize your conference, reception, or business affair to your individual tastes. The Blackwell staff can arrange everything from state-of-the-art audiovisual services to delightful meals, theme breaks, fresh flowers or entertainment all so that your event will be an experience to remember.
Adjacent to the Blackwell, is the Pfahl Executive Conference Center, featuring 22,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. Tiered classrooms with the latest technology are complemented by executive breakout rooms and warm, inviting break areas.
The Blackwell includes a 3,900 square-foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests or can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller, more intimate banquets and receptions. Much of the state-of-the-art technology featured in the Pfahl Executive Conference Center can also be found in the ballroom. Surrounding the ballroom is beautifully appointed pre-function space for receptions and gatherings. Adjacent to the ballroom pre-function space is the Blackwell's patio, which can accommodate up to 500 guests under tented seating.
